Linde has signed a series of contracts with Wanhua Chemical Group to acquire three air separation units (ASUs) in China.
In addition to the site purchases, the industrial gas giant has also expanded its supply deal with the chemicals firm and will supply the company with gases produced at the acquired plants.
Two of the ASUs are currently under construction and expected to start-up in 2024 and 2025.
