Cleveland-based Lincoln Electric has been recognised for its commitment to delivering a leading employee experience by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group.
The welding specialist was listed on the 2024 America’s Great Workplaces for Parents and Families list, which recognises 1,000 US workplaces based on reviews from over 113,000 US parents.
Parents involved in the survey look at the following eight categories: compensation and benefits; training and career progression; working environment; proactive management of a diverse workforce; company image; sustainability and awareness; work-life balance; and corporate culture.
