LifeGas, a division of Linde Gas, has acquired the medical gas business of medical gases distributor Wesco Oxygen based in central New Jersey.
“We exclusively focus on the medical market,” said LifeGas president Mike Walsh. “Adding the Wesco medical gas distribution assets to the LifeGas product and services portfolio will help us continue to cater to the growing healthcare industry in the Northeast.”
LifeGas currently operates a medical gas facility in Dayton, New Jersey.
Wesco Oxygen operates a medical gas distributor business located in Central New Jersey offering a complete line of high quality medical gases and related respiratory equipment and accessories.
