UK-based vacuum system specialists Leybold UK (Leybold) has seen the payoff of its training programmes and appraisal schemes with the announcement that it has made the final shortlist for Employer of the Year Award 2021 of the Composites UK Trade Association.
Calling it a ‘privilege’ to be shortlisted, Ian Dorman, General Manager, Leybold, said that the award recognises the investment the company has made in developing its employees and future talent.
Handed out annually, the award celebrates the achievements of the UK composites industry, focusing on successes on an individual level as well as company efforts.
“We promote a culture of lifelong learning, continuous feedback and self-development to enable people’s potential, all employees have a mission,” said Sarah Cogswell, HR Manager, Leybold.
