The Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) has completed the acquisition of Paul’s Hauling through its Canadian subsidiary, RTL Westcan.
Based in Manitoba, Paul’s Hauling is a provider of bulk transport services in Western Canada.
As part of the transaction, KAG will acquire 233 tractors, 353 trailers, 192 professional drivers and 112 highly skilled operational personnel.
Grant Mitchell, KAG’s Chief Operating Officer, said, “We have a long history and positive relationship with Paul’s Hauling which was founded by Paul Albrechtsen in 1957. At one point in our past, our two companies fell under the same Canadian ownership.”
