ITM Power is set to benefit from a UK Government funding boost of £3.1m to deliver a 0.5MW hydrogen refuelling station and 51 fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs).
The energy storage and clean fuel company is part of a consortium benefitting from the funds. The UK-based business will receive £1.8m for the refuelling station, which will be delivered in the next 12 months.

The Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV) said yesterday ITM Power would receive the money as part of a £14m competition to fund hydrogen fuel cell vehicle and hydrogen refuelling infrastructure projects.
