Diversity is in its DNA and Linde plc is on-track to achieve its goal of 30% gender balance by 2030, according to CEO Sanjiv Lamba.
Linde operates in more than 80 countries across the globe, with 66,000 employees and a high-performance culture all pulling in the same direction – towards excellence.
It’s a company and culture that managed the challenging economic environment last year and converted full-year sales of $33bn into operating profit of $9.1bn. Linde recorded more than 25% ROC (return on capital) and over 27% operating margin, as well as EPS (earnings per share) growth of 16%.
Financial metrics are only one measure of success at Linde, however, with a deep investment in people and personal growth at the core of its high-performance culture.
