The India Semiconductor Association (ISA) has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Asia Semiconductor Trading Support Association (ASTSA), focusing on developing exchanges between the semiconductor sector in India and Japan.
The MoU focuses on developing business ties and exchanges between companies in the semiconductor design sector in India and Japan, an ISA statement disclosed.
“ASTSA and ISA have agreed to sign the MoU, for the first time between Indian and Japanese semiconductor associations$quot;, said Hajime Tomokage, President of the Asia Semiconductor Trading Support Association.
$quot;The Indian economy will still register a growth this year in spite of a global slowdown. The semiconductor business in India is also expected to grow. This relationship will facilitate the growth of Indian companies with the embedded software belt in Japan.”
