Imperial Helium, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Helium, has acquired a new project in the vicinity of Royal Helium’s Steveville asset in Alberta, Canada.
Pursuant to the terms of a purchase and sale agreement, Imperial has exercised its exclusive one-time option to purchase the asset.
The asset includes the entire right, title, estate, and interest to drill, explore, and produce.
