Specialist technology solution provider, iGAS Technology Solutions, Ltd., recently secured a contract and supplied a semi-automatic cylinder filling plant to Messer China.
The turnkey system delivered to the Chinese branch of the Tier One player is dedicated to filling both industrial and medical oxygen (O2), argon (Ar), helium (He), nitrogen (N2) and carbon dioxide (CO2).
Equipment contracted in the turnkey project includes hydrogen (H2) and He supply panels, semi-automatic filling modules of mixtures and mono gases, proportional filling capabilities, actuated guards and an AiFill Control System which, in addition to controlling the filling process, also provides remote support.
In the project, iGAS delivered the engineering and design expertise, m-tech gmbh delivered the valves, manifolds and fill modules with Filltech GMBH offering the CO2 filling and fill stations.
