Hysytech relocates HQ to Orbassano, focuses on sustainable solutions

Italian engineering company Hysytech is relocating its headquarters to a larger facility location in the industrial area of Orbassano, on the outskirts of Turin.

Set to better serve customers, the new building has expanded engineering and manufacturing capacity, including a fully equipped welding shop, piping systems, electrical systems, equipment assembly, testing, and technologically advanced R&D laboratories.

Massimiliano Antonini, Managing Director of Hysytech, said the inauguration marks an exciting new chapter for the company as it reflects its market growth thus far.

“It’s an important step that strongly reinforces the company’s belief that innovation, technology, and knowledge are the main competitive advantages for creating new and better productions with high performance, sustainability, and affordable costs.”

The new site aligns with Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation’s “carbon neutral world” initiative, which Nippon Gases and HYSTECH have been partners in since 2022.

Launched in 2022, the initiative supports industries in the transition away from fossil fuels, reducing emissions, and achieving sustainability goals. Biomethane and hydrogen have both been identified as key solutions for this.

Raoul Giudici, President Nippon Gases Europe, said, “For our company, Hysytech has been a key strategic partner since the beginning of our collaboration, bringing innovative and customised solutions to support our customers in their journey to carbon neutrality.”

“This new phase leads us to look into the future with the conviction that we can further contribute to boosting industrial development in a sustainable manner.”

An inauguration event for the new Hysytech headquarters will take place on 4th October. During the event, a workshop will explore Hysytech’s solutions in the field of process chemistry.

Titled “Innovation Opportunities for Decarbonisation and Sustainability of the Industrial Sector,” it will feature a programme of expert presentations. gasworld’s Broadcast Journalist, Thomas Dee, will moderate the workshop.

Hysytech was founded in 2003 and mainly operates in the fields of generation, treatment, and recovery of industrial gases, cryogenics, organic liquids, and energy, according to the best engineering practices, as well as through the implementation of its technologies for hydrogen, biomethane, and BioLNG.
