High-tech electrolyser manufacturer Hystar AS (Hystar), has set the stage for a dynamic expansion with the announcement of a state-of-the-art four gigawatt (GW) electrolyser factory in Høvik, Norway, slated for delivery in 2025 and construction commencement in early 2024.
