US manufacturer of industrial cutting systems and software Hypertherm has released extreme bevel consumables for its MAXPRO200® LongLife® air and oxygen plasma cutting system.
Designed for mechanised, robotic, and handheld cutting, the consumables have an aggressive pointed geometry so the plasma torch can tilt to an angle of up to 66.5 degrees, making them well suited for a wide range of jobs including steep mechanised bevelling, tube and pipe cutting and pressure vessel construction.
The extreme bevel consumables are available for both air and oxygen cutting at 130 and 200 amps.
