Holston Gases has begun its transition to a third-generation, family-owned business, with Joe Baxter being named as President of the industrial gas distributor.
Baxter succeeds Robert Anders, who will remain CEO of Holston, approving all major decisions on the director of the company.
Anders said he is extremely excited about the future of the company. “We are all so proud of how hard Joe has worked to put himself in the position to lead the day-to-day operation of Holston Gases and are excited about the future under his direction.”
Baxter has been with Holston for 15 years, starting his journey in sales at the company’s Kentucky facility in 2009. He later became manager of the Lexington branch, and then regional vice-president of the state of Kentucky.
