US industrial gas company Holston Gases has completed the acquisition of K&F Gas and Welding Supply in what the company describes as a “perfect fit.”
Holston Gases President Robert Anders enthused, “The gas and supply products of K&F Gas and Welding Supply will complement those of Holston Gases, allowing the customers to consolidate their purchasing with one vendor at competitive prices.”
K&F Gas and Welding Supply owner Keith Fain agreed that the combined businesses presented enhanced benefits, stating, “Our customers will really benefit from our combined expertise with Holston’s people and resources.”
It is understood that Holston Gases will continue to operate from its current location in Clarksville, Tennessee. Financial details were not disclosed.
