Helium One, the gas exploration company recently penned an agreement withTunisian contractor, SOFORI, to supply a Drillmec HH102 rig to be used in the next drilling campaign on the Rukwa Project in Tanzania.
Although a contract has yet to be signed, Helium One is confident that the project will go forward, and CEO Lorna Blaisse anticipates a spudding in Q3.
Helium One has potentially one of the largest primary sources of helium in the world. CEO Blaisse recently became company CEO after being promoted from her position as principal geologist, replacing her predecessor David Minchin.
