Canada’s Helium Evolution has today (17th Oct) confirmed that its partner, North American Helium (NAH), has secured the licences to drill two joint wells in the Mankota area in Saskatchewan.
The licences will progress the previously announced drilling programme, through which Helium Evolution and NAH set out plans to drill up to nine joint wells between Q3 2024 and Q2 2025.
Greg Robb, President and CEO of Helium Evolution, described the news as the crucial first steps in the programme.
“We are working closely with NAH to secure licences for the remaining seven wells.”
