The Gasification and Syngas Technologies Council (GSTC) has announced an expanded and broadened annual conference agenda, on the back of forming two strategic allegiances with syngas and methanol focused institutes this year.
Previously known as the Premier Gasification Association, the organisation expanded to become the GSTC in January this year, encompassing the syngas production, processing and conversion industries as well.
At the time, GSTC’s Executive Director Alison Kerester, stated, “This expansion will allow us to serve the entire value chain of the gasification and syngas industries. We’ll provide our members with numerous benefits, including opportunities to develop new business, access important industry data, learn about cutting-edge technologies, and network with top experts and corporate leaders. We’ll be the ‘go to’ organisation for all aspects of the syngas and gasification industries.”
As a result, the conference will now cover topics such as: syngas to liquid fuels, syngas for fuel cells, syngas to hydrogen (H2), ammonia and derivatives and relevant technology and equipment advances.
