In accordance with a previously agreed contract made, GRASYS of Moscow has supplied an MVA-1.8-99-300-V1 nitrogen membrane plant to JSC Pilot Plant Neftekhim, with the plant purchase necessitated by the expansion of the site’s production capacities. Nitrogen produced by the plant will be used for ensuring compliance with the company’s process requirements.
The production capacity of the nitrogen plant supplied is 300 nmі per hour of 99% nitrogen. The warm-up period prior to operation does not exceed 10 minutes and the gas separation unit incorporated by the plant has no moving parts, thus ensuring its exceptional reliability.
The MVA-1.8-99-300-V1 plant makes it possible to produce nitrogen at minimum cost, as the price of the nitrogen is 20 to 30 times less than that of nitrogen supplied in cylinders or liquefied.
Another essential advantage of this nitrogen plant is its complete automation. Due to this, no manned attendance is required during the plant operation.
