GRASYS has recently completed the manufacture of several compact membrane nitrogen plants.
These plants are designed for air to nitrogen production at pressures in excess of 35 atmospheres and are used in both stationary and mobile nitrogen production systems.
GRASYS nitrogen systems can use high-pressure oxygen production while maintaining minimal dimensions at light weight. This is important for use of nitrogen blocks in a mobile nitrogen compressor station.
Previously, mobile systems for nitrogen production were utilizing cryogen and adsorption generators, which significantly yielded to membrane systems in terms of reliability, compactness, and simplicity of operation.
