Global Gases Group has commissioned its twelfth gas distribution facility in Aberdeen, Scotland, to supply gases for the offshore industry.
The state-of-the-art facility is strategically positioned to serve the North Sea, Mediterranean, and Norway offshore industries.
Swapnil Vichare, Director of Group Business, announced the new facility at the gasworld Helium Summit in Houston.
Vichare noted, “This premier conference for the worldwide Helium industry serves as the perfect stage to showcase Global Gases’ latest achievement, reinforcing its position as the worldwide leader in high-quality diving gases to the offshore sector.”
The Aberdeen facility has been established as a Centre of Excellence and is ISO-certified in quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001), underscoring Global Gases Group’s dedication to the highest standards.
Stocked with a strategic inventory of brand new quads, certified to DNV 2.7-1 standards, the facility is prepared for multiple mobilizations, ensuring the highest levels of safety and reliability for customers in the demanding offshore environment.
The new facility further strengthens Global Gases’ leadership in the offshore diving sector, while setting new benchmarks for safety and the highest industry standards of gas analysis.
