The Global CCS Institute has appointed Philip Bainbridge as its new Chair of the Board.
Also a non-executive Chairman of the Papua New Guinea Sustainable Development Programme and non-executive Director of Beach Energy, Bainbridge will now serve as the new Chair of the Board, replacing Claude Mandil following his retirement.
“I believe that carbon capture and storage is a fundamental component in reducing emissions to mitigate climate change,” said Bainbridge.
