Getech has won two contracts with Kingfisher Energy Corporation to search for natural hydrogen and helium accumulations in Canada.
Under the terms of the contract, Getech will utilise its gravity and magnetics capabilities along with geoscience understanding to analyse the selected region. This will add to Kingfisher’s access to local data.
Getech will also utilise artificial intelligence (AI) to support the work. Getech also uses magnetic and gravity data, combined with machine learning, to map structures and identify potential hydrogen and helium deposits.
The companies are now working together with a series of potential project areas for both hydrogen and helium already identified.
