According to German media, a fire broke out at an Air Liquide synthesis gas plant in Oberhausen last week.
Four people were slightly injured in the fire on Friday (21st February) and no substances were released, WAZ said.
As a result of the fire, Oxea, a global manufacturer of oxo intermediates and oxo derivatives, whom Air Liquide supplies from the plant, has a force majeure in place on all products from the site, S&P Global reported.
