Gas Equipment Company, Inc. (GEC) has appointed Gijs Majoor as CEO to succeed M.J. ‘Skeeter’ LaDue, who will retire early 2022.
The appointment of Majoor – effective 1st October – is the start of a new era of leadership for GEC, as Skeeter is the last of three generations of LaDues to guide and grow the distributor of in-process, transfer and control equipment operating ten warehouse branches in the US.
For the last four years, Majoor has been Vice-President of Supply Chain and Sustainable Fuels with Pinnacle Propane, LLC which has headquarters in Texas and is an SHV Energy company.
