FIBA Technologies, Inc. has stepped up production of its vaporisers to meet demands from hospitals across the US and beyond.
FIBA’s products range up to 20,000 standard cubic feet per hour (SCFH) and are available for immediate delivery, according to the Littleton, Massachusetts-based company.
Oxygen has been in an increased demand to treat coronavirus (Covid-19) patients since outbreak of the pandemic in March last year, and vaporisers – where liquid oxygen turns into gas at hospital sites – are an important part of the infrastructure.
FIBA sales director, Chris Finn, said the response from across the gas sector has been very positive.
