FIBA Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Ken Halpin as Senior Director, Human Resources, set to assist the company by driving HR programs and services company-wide.
As well as this, Halpin’s role will also be to help position the company for future growth.
Prior to joining FIBA, Halpin helped drive organisational development and talent management for the instrument division of genetic research tools pioneer Affymetrix.
Over the past 17 years, Halpin has held HR leadership roles in large and small manufacturing/engineering environments in a broad range of industries and has contributed to the success of leading Massachusetts employers, including Biogen Idec, Analog Devices, Bay Networks, and State Street Corporation.
