In the race towards sustainability and the pursuit of Net Zero climate goals, several Asian countries are taking the lead in adopting hydrogen for both commercial and passenger vehicles.
China stands out with 250 hydrogen refuelling stations across its territory, leading the pack. Following closely, Japan and South Korea boast 161 and 112 hydrogen refuelling stations.
In contrast, Europe, particularly Germany, holds the lead among European countries with 101 hydrogen refuelling hubs. However, with this count still trailing behind its Asian counterparts, the EU faces the task of catching up in the hydrogen adoption race.
