Emerson Process Management and Air Liquide have jointly announced the development of new software enabling increased measuring accuracy with industrial gases under the new US government NIST 23 standards.

Harper, Director of National Supply & Pipeline Operations for Air Liquide Large Industries U.S. LP commented ˜This software was developed in conjunction with our agreement to purchase a substantial number of Emerson ROC809 remote operations controllers, which are excellent platforms for the measurements of our products.
˜Industrial gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, steam and others are much more difficult to measure because of their individual properties. The special software was written expressly for our use with the ROC809, and our customers will benefit from its accuracy Harper added.
