Eleet Cryogenics, Inc., has acquired Texas-based West Cryogenics, Inc. to expand its operations to the Southern US.
Eleet, located in Bolivar, Ohio, is a supplier of new and used bulk and microbulk tanks, along with rehabilitation services and industrial and medical final line assemblies.
West Cryogenics, based in Willis, Texas, specialises in liquid cylinder and bulk tank rehabilitation, manufacturing of portable cryogenic trailers and provides transport rehabilitation.
