Eagle LNG to increase storage at Jacksonville LNG facility

Eagle LNG Partners is temporarily increasing the storage capacity at its Jacksonville LNG bunker facility near the Talleyrand Marine Terminal, Florida.

This comes as the Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) recently facilitated the move of dozens of specialty LNG tanks through the port’s Blount Island Marine Terminal.

The tanks are owned by Eagle LNG, with half set to increase storage and the other half set to be used for exporting LNG to the Caribbean and elsewhere.

Tim Robertson, Director of Operations at Eagle LNG, notes that demand for LNG bunkering and larger LNG bunkers is growing.
