Indiana-based DwyerOmega has acquired Process Sensing Technologies (PST), a UK-based manufacturer of measurement instrumentation and monitoring solutions.
Announced today (21st Nov), the acquisition builds on DwyerOmega’s sensing and instrumentation product offering and strengthens its position in several key end markets and regions.
PST offers a comprehensive suite of proprietary sensors, instruments, analysers, and monitoring solutions with sensing capabilities across parameters, including moisture, gas, level, and flow.
The company operates globally, serving customers across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as the Asia Pacific region.
Chuck Dubois, CEO of DwyerOmega, welcomed the company to DwyerOmega.

DwyerOmega is a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management. The company has a long history of innovation in designing and manufacturing measurement sensors.
