Illinois-based industrial products manufacturer Dover is expanding its presence in the cryogenics market by acquiring Cryogenic Machinery Corp. (Cryo-Mach).
As part of Dover, Cryo-Mach will become part of the PSG business within Dover’s pumps and process solutions segment.
Based in California, Cryo-Mach designs and manufactures cryogenic centrifugal pumps, mechanical seals, and accessories.
The addition will expand Dover’s business in cryogenic applications, such as liquefied oxygen, argon, and nitrogen. It will also support further participation in the industrial gas and transportation markets.
