Propellant, refrigerant and specialty gas products manufacturer Diversified CPC has received the 2024 Product Stewardship Award from BNSG Railway Company (BNSF).
Awarded annually, the award recognises companies on the safe transportation of hazardous material by rail.
Diversified CPC was one of 109 companies to receive the 2024 award.
David Burks, President and CEO of Diversified CPC, said that the company is honoured to be recognised for its dedication to safe rail transportation.
“Rail is a critical component of our supply chain as it helps ensure our customers receive products safely and efficiently. We are proud to partner with BNSF who, like us, prioritise safety.”
To qualify for the award, BNSF customers must have a minimum of loaded tank cars of hazardous materials with zero non-accident releases during last year’s full transportation cycle.
They must also uphold the ethics of Product Stewardship under the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care® initiative.
