Desert Mountain Energy Corp. has appointed Scott Davis as its new Chief Financial Officer, and Frances Murphy as the new Corporate Secretary of the company.
Davis will replace Jennifer Todhunter, the company’s previous Chief Financial Officer. Todhunter resigned as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Director of the company, but will remain as a Financial Consultant until 31st January (2020).
Davis has extensive accounting and finance experience dealing with complexities of both private and public corporations in a variety of industries. His experience includes Chief Financial Officer positions of several companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Murphy has been associated with Cross Davis & Co. LLP Chartered Professional Accountants for the past sixteen years. She has considerable experience in corporate governance and secretarial matters as well as regulatory compliance. She will be working closely alongside the Desert Mountain Energy’s Senior Management.
