Den Hartogh Holding B.V, one of the world’s leading logistics providers of gases and chemicals, has acquired Bulkcon Transport AB.
Joining forces with Sweden-based Bulkon will extend Den Hartogh’s European network in the Nordics and will add to the company’s knowledge and experience of operating in the region.
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Gothenburg, Bulkcon is a bulk logistics service provider serving the petrochemical and food industry. In addition to international and local transportation, it offers storage solutions in tank containers.
