Industrial gas supplier DeLille Oxygen Company, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, has acquired fellow US-based business NyeCo Gas, Inc.
Under the agreement, DeLille Oxygen has acquired four extra company locations in Ohio, bringing its total to 12 sites in the US state.
It is understood that Aaron Nye, the founder and President of NyeCo Gas, will stay with the company to run these locations for DeLille Oxygen.
