CryoSys will supply pre-treatment and liquefaction solutions to PIC Americas’ planned 7.2 million tonnes per annum liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility on the Texas Gulf Coast.
A signed agreement between the two Texan companies solidified the equipment supply agreement. CryoSys’ advanced process design and modular approach are expected to improve operational reliability and efficiency throughout the facility’s lifecycle.
Additionally, the modular methodology is also expected to reduce project timelines and mitigate associated risks.
The company says this will help serve surging global demand. The site’s strategic location will provide access to a variety of maritime vessels, including ocean-going barges.
