Increased volumes have led Cryostar to extend its production space.
A new test area with power supply and cooling tower will also be built sooner than originally projected due to the increased activity and predicted trend into 2006.
The project is split into two phases – the first phase which has already started of additional workshop floor space of 1,200m² which will be equipped with two 50 tonne cranes. This workshop will be mainly dedicated to LNG related equipment and completion is expected during the winter.
The second phase will be started during the first quarter of 2006 and will consist of an additional test facility with a test area of 500m² and power supply of 4MW. Completion is expected during the summer of 2006.
