Temperature-controlled supply chain solutions firm Cryoport has outlined aggressive expansion plans. Mark Sawicki, President and CEO of Cryoport Systems, told gasworld that it plans to open two new facilities in Houston and Belgium in the second and third quarters, with more expansion to come.
Sawicki set out the company’s plans in an exclusive interview for the forthcoming cryogenics issue of gasworld US.
“This year, our IntegriCell offering is going to be a big focus, and that is driving the site openings,” Sawicki said.
At the time of writing, Cryoport has 50 facilities across 17 countries. These serve 160 countries worldwide, he said.
