Outrigger Energy has announced plans to construct, own and operate a cryogenic processing plant in North Dakota.
Located west of Williston, the cryogenic plant will be designed with a capacity of 250 million cubic feet per day. The Denver-based company will also construct a 70-mile, 20- and 24-inch diameter, rich gas pipeline which will terminate at the plant.
For the project, Outrigger has entered into a long-term definite gas gathering and processing agreement with XTO Energy to service its production in Williams Country.
