CPV Manufacturing has appointed Thomas Powell to join its growing team in the role of Production Planner and Scheduler.
CVP has appointed Powell to support the increasing demands of the product planning and scheduling division. This critical position plans and manages production and assembly schedules to meet customer delivery requirements. Additional responsibilities include best utilising the company’s production capacity, as well as managing inventory levels.
Brian Hoffmann, President and CEO of CPV Manufacturing, commented, “We are delighted to welcome Thomas on board as we continue to expand at a steady pace.” He continued, “I have no doubt he will be instrumental in bringing our customers the high-quality and reliable products for which we are known.”
Powell comes to CPV from VWR International, where he was responsible for material purchasing and daily order management. He has also held the position of the Master Scheduler for Hologic, Inc. and Solectron Corporation.
