Florida-based CPC-Cryolab has unveiled a new company logo to reflect its integration into OPW Clean Energy Solutions.
CPC-Cryolab, founded in 1961, develops critical-service components for industrial gas and cryogenic applications, including liquid hydrogen and helium. Its products have been integral to US space programs and the nation’s first commercial-sized liquid plant.
Earlier this year (July 2024), CPC-Cryolab’s parent company, Marshall Excelsior Company (MEC), was acquired by OPW Global for $395m in a cash transaction.
