As India continues to fight against a second wave of coronavirus (Covid-19) infections, two New Delhi-based hospitals have said they are running out of oxygen.
Just hours ago, Max Healthcare put out an SOS on social media, in which it said both hospitals are awaiting fresh supplies from INOX. It is believed that over 700 patients are currently admitted at the sites, all of which need immediate assistance.
Shortly after its initial tweet, Max Healthcare said it had received emergency supplies but are still awaiting more. The emergency supplies were thought to only last two hours – this time has now passed.
