Computers Unlimited mourns the passing of Heidi Thometz, longtime employee and Director of Sales and Marketing.
Thometz, who lived in Billings, MT, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015. She was a fixture at Computers Unlimited, where her career spanned over three decades, a great mentor and very much admired in her field; computer software, which was a new frontier at the start of her time with the company. Thometz mastered it with honesty, integrity, and trust; things she carried with her in business and in life. She retired in 2014 due to illness, and spent the remainder of her time enjoying her family and friends.
The company said in a statement:
“What started out as a long list of business associates turned into a long list of dear friends for Heidi. Since coming on board with Computers Unlimited in 1982, she began her career in customer support and over the years became a Systems Sales Consultant, Director of Sales & New Business Development and finally, Director of Sales & Marketing for both the Industrial and Medical aspects of Computers Unlimited.
