Compressor Controls Corporation (CCC) has been awarded multiple contracts for a major $21.3bn LNG project in the Russian Artic region.
Led by Russian independent gas producer Novatek, the Arctic LNG 2 project boasts an expected production capacity of 19.8 million tonnes per year.
Based on the hydrocarbon resources of the Utrenneye field, the project includes constructing three LNG trains at 6.6 million tons per annum (MTPA) each, using gravity-based structure (GBS) platforms.
