Houston-based Commonwealth LNG has signed a deal to implement carbon dioxide (CO2) capture equipment near its 9.3 million tonnes per annum liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility under development in Cameron, Louisiana.
The LNG specialist has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Onstream CO2, a joint venture between Carbonvert and Castex Carbon Solutions, for the effort that will reduce the site’s CO2 emissions.
