McPhy Energy has named Pavel Komissarov Regional Manager for Eastern Europe and C.I.S. McPhy will benefit from his 10-year experience at growing direct sales of sophisticated technological solutions in Russia.
As a highly experienced manager, Pavel Komissarov is immediately operational in developing business in Eastern Europe and C.I.S, one of McPhy Energy key markets.
Pavel Komissarov holds a Bachelor degree in Management from Belarussian Economic State University. For the three years prior to joining McPhy Energy, he has been Business Development Manager for Russia at Air Liquide where he has served in expanding industrial gases, gas and cryogenic equipment and gas technologies business. He used to be in charge of the oil & gas, petrochemical, metallurgy and glass markets. After starting his career in creating a distribution network for his own business of import and distribution of European hand tools, Pavel Komissarov joined Hilti as sales representative in Moscow. He was then appointed Senior Sales Manager for Central Russia at Air Liquide.
