Florida-based CO2Meter has launched a new eBook to highlight the importance of gas detection equipment and deliver insights on understanding gases in restaurants, hospitality, and facility management applications.
Titled, the facility manager’s guide to gas detection safety in the workplace, the resource aims to help hospitality workers to understand how to best handle the gases they are using.
To do this, the eBook looks at what steps should be taken in the event of an incident, and how a facility should meet codes and conducts, and protect themselves with gas detection safety monitors.
“Though they are rare, gas leaks do occur and have resulted in injury, even death,” CO2Meter told gasworld. “By educating readers, we hope to mitigate these casualties and ensure a safer work environment globally.”
