Finland’s oldest industrial and medical gas supplier, Woikoski, has re-appointed Clas Palmberg as its new Managing Director (MD).
Its most recent leader, Kalevi Korjalan, who was the first MD from outside of the family-run business has retired, with this new appointment taking effect as of 1st April 2016.
Palmberg previously led Woikoski in the same role from 1977-2012. He began his career with Geigy AG in Switzerland, before working with Nokia in Finland and then as a Woikoski consultant in both Sweden and Greece.
It is understood that Palmberg will also remain as Woikoski’s Chairman of the Board throughout this appointment.
